Rosa graduated University in 2004 as an Architect and went on to work as a designer for companies in the Philippine’s, Saudi Arabia and then Singapore in 2011, where he went on to specialize in Landscape Architecture.

Some of Rosa’s favourite projects have been:

• Songsaa Private Islands in Cambodia
• Sofitel in Nusa Dua, Bali

Rosa is passionate about creating meaningful designs, he is incredibly patient in sticking with a project until attaining perfection in a project’s design.

Mac is fluent in free hand drawing, architectural watercolours sketching and drafting. He is proficient in the CAD documentation for projects varying from the complete building blueprints to specific working drawings. Mac has worked on heavy industry projects, renovation works and museum exhibition design, designing multimedia exhibits for museums and specialises in bespoke woodwork and ironmongery workshop drawings.

Apart from being very talented Mac is a keen conservationist. In Mac’s spare time he runs a photography darkroom business through which he met his life partner, a professional photographer. Any spare time is spent maintaining his vintage motorbike.

Macs favourite design project was to design a yacht super-structure (everything above the hull) to replicate the 50’s mood of steel motorboats.

PIA MARIE ALBOR-UY has spent half of her ten-year professional career designing low-cost healthcare facilities in the remote towns in central Philippines. Having designed more than 60 healthcare facilities, she knows how invaluable architecture becomes when it properly responds to the needs of the community. Her idea of architecture is more than a marriage of form and function, but rather an advocacy and an expression meant to empower the people.

After taking a break from working in the field to give more time to her two young daughters, Pia has returned to work with project’s around the world that are very different from the low-cost healthcare facilities she loved doing for years. From designing simple family or vacation homes to creating detailed 3D models of luxurious and futuristic buildings, Pia takes great pride in her versatility.

Experienced at virtual homes complete with finishes and furnishing Pia creates our detailed interior design models and mood boards.

When Pia is not working architectural designs, Pia is our go to in ensuring our town planning criteria and documentations are met.

In Pia’s personal time she is fond of keeping her garden green and attending pop concerts.

Mohamed, our most experienced architect is remarkably shy in talking himself yet has the quickest turnaround for drawings our office has seen. Perhaps this is because he wastes little time in talking. Mohamed is meticulous with logging changes and recording design conflict alerts.

Mohamed is fun to work with and is very dedicated to the design process.

After graduating University in 2010 with a Master’s degree, Dima worked within a building company engaged in construction of wastewater treatment plants. In 2014, he started to work as an individual Civil Engineer and moved from industrial to residential and urban projects.

Dima’s background covers a broad range of management and large civil engineering projects across multiple countries (Australia, USA, France, Canada and Norway) and he is passionate about constantly improving his knowledge in the field of civil engineering as well architecture, structural engineering and CAD software.
Dima’s ethos, “Do your work in such way that nobody needs to improve it after you.”

Our man of few words, Miha likes engineering and designing roads. A Civil Engineer his background is designing freeways and roundabouts.

Paul is a multi-disciplinary design builder, having designed and built his own catamaran and is strong in understanding structural design, stepping in to provide radical structural solutions that meet engineering criteria in order to get the end result. Paul’s work has spanned a broad field, from the Southern hemispheres largest marina, to an off-grid resort on a remote island, to underground cellars with secrete boat ramps. Paul is driven by challenge and creating bold, clean, lasting and functional form. When building a new roof design for the Red Bull resort and faced with engineering issues, Paul built a model of his proposal and jumped on the built model to shows its capacity. This roof, stands to this day as the signature roof form in the resort.

Renee is a multi-disciplinary designer, from fashion to garden to sculptures to built form, right down to its living systems and fit-out. Obsessed by proportions and following through to the fine grain detail this has lead both Paul and Renee to take a 360 approach creating buildings in complete character form.
With a strong background in philosophy, landscapes and a decade spent working overseas, Renee’s well rounded design philosophy serves to uniquely tailor design to suit each new circumstance, free of trend.
